MAINTENANCE IRRIGATION

We take care of your sprinklers....

 FULL SPRINKLER MAINTENANCE:  Includes spring startup; programming and adjustments to conform to landscape needs/watering laws; and winterization.  Any repairs will incur extra costs.  We need detailed access information for spring startup and winterization.  Sprinkler Maintenance will be billed at a monthly flat rate based on the number of zones in your system ($10 per zone, per month, up to a maximum of $100 per month for a period of five months.  There is an additional $20 per month fee for pump systems).

  START UP & WINTERIZE SPRINKLER ONLY:  Billed the same as winterize only.  Includes Start Up/Adjustments and Winterization.  Owners are required to monitor their system regularly.

  WINTERIZE SPRINKLER ONLY:  This service will be charged at $100 per hour, plus $50 for a pump.  Please supply detailed contact and access information.

Our Maintenance Department is based on ongoing seasonal needs and believes in continued maintenance. We always recommend staying on top of the needs as they present themselves so as not to turn a little ongoing maintenance into a major project down the road.
